What's the one-time setup fee for?
Designing and building your actual website — real hours of work, a flat $250 one time. After it launches, your monthly plan keeps it hosted, secure, backed up, and cared for.
What are the 'infrastructure' costs?
Your plan covers normal traffic. If your site needs a bigger server or extra power during a busy stretch, that's billed separately at our cost plus a small markup — and only while it's needed. We flag it before it happens.
What happens if I use more support than my plan includes?
No problem — we just bill the extra time at $75–$150/hr, and we'll always give you a heads-up before starting so you know what to expect.
Are there long contracts?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month. We earn your business every month.
